Academy International English Language School, London: homestay accommodation Information. Learn and live English in London. Note: prices will go up a little in the 'summer' (June to September).

Finding accommodation can be very difficult and stressful, but to study and learn properly you will need a comfortable place to stay! Academy International makes it easy for you! We have been finding accommodation in London for our students for over 20 years. This service is available if you book in advance.You can take a taxi from the Airport to your accommodation! The transfer service is only available to students on a course at Academy International School of English.Whether you are on a Cambridge or IELTS, business or general course or courses, we will do all we can to help you find a comfortable and happy place to stay - even if your stay is quite short!

The School offers 2 types of accommodation:

  • Home Stay: Staying with an English family in a good area of London, 20-35 minutes to the school. This is probably the best way to practise speaking English and learn about the English way of life. Single and twin rooms are available. Bed breakfast and evening meal - or simply bed and breakfast.
  • Student Residence : A residence in Central London.. Low fares; short travel time! Excellent facilities and a friendly international atmosphere.
Please note: there is a £50 accomodation arragement fee for all accommodation bookings. This covers the cost of finding, inspecting arranging, and managing our homestay families.

Why stay with a family?
Staying with an English-speaking family in a good area of London, 20-35 minutes to the school, is a splendid way to practise speaking English and learn about the British way of life. You can choose bed and breakfast - or bed breakfast and an evening meal. The minimum stay is normally two weeks. If you are allergic to certain domestic pets or need a special diet, it may be difficult to find you a family, especially in the summer, but we will do our best. Our families are friendly and supportive. Students often request a family by name because a former Academy student recommended them. Our families are wonderful hosts, but please remember you are a guest in a private home - not a resident in a hotel!
